Refund policy

At Generation Revolution Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Have proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos or videos of the issue to help resolve the problem quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product
  • A store credit
  • A full refund

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team to begin the exchange process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
